Those of you who are familiar with Jason Stewart and his work, know that this CD has been long overdue. And for the uninitiated, this album will open your eyes and ears to one of the greatest young guitar maestros of our time. Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on May 17, 1970, Stewart now makes his home in Austin, Texas.

"Jason was destined to pick up a guitar," says his parents, Dick and Judi Stewart. "He's a natural." His father's musical experiences can be traced back to the early '60s as the original lead guitarist for The Knights and the founder of Lance Records in 1966. He was, and remains as influential a musician, producer, editor and writer as he was back in the heyday of the fledging Lance Records' label. Son, Jason has been making his mark in music since the middle '80s adding to the Stewart legacy.

This CD was compiled, remastered and produced by Dick who hand picked each song to give you every possible representation of Jason's work. Hard and fast rockers to tasteful expressions of jazz-rock fusion will all be found in this collection. These are twenty-one high energy tracks of unrestrained rock and roll and it will be the most memorable 70 minutes that you ever put in your stereo! Trust me. If you have any appreciation at all for great guitar instrumentals, then you will find this to be a true master stroke of fret board genius.
